Easy access to Torbay, Brixham and Dartmouth. Tourism and Walkers registrations     Well Barn comprises two cottages, Heart Cottages sleeps 4, and Little Vine sleeps 2. There is an interconnecting door and the two may be rented together to sleep 6.   The Barn was newly converted for 2008. Well Barn faces due south, getting the sun all day long.   Both apartments open on to The Walled Garden which is a sun trap.   The Barn has been converted to a very high specification with hand crafted oak doors and windows. There is under floor heating, in both units, beneath the oak floor. There is a bicycle rack for safe storage and a cabin to store wet clothes & boots for cyclists or walkers. Water comes from our own bore hole. The hot water and under-floor heating is provided from a heat exchange unit.   Please, no pets or smoking indoors. The Barn is not suitable for young children. We suggest 10 years up if both Little Vine and Heart Cottage are taken together for up to 6 guests. We have found that Little Vine then works well as a 'Granny Annex'.
