- Heart Cottage - Sleeps 4
The Barn has been converted to a very high specification with
hand crafted oak doors and windows. There is under floor heating
beneath the oak floor.

- On the ground floor, is a well
appointed kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, washing/drying
machine, dishwasher, an electric oven with 4 ring gas hob and
a separate microwave. There are numerous kitchen tools and appliances.

- The conversion has kept the
old oak beams that set the style to the room where you can relax
in the leather arm chairs or sofa. There is a wood stove, with
a supply of logs, to enjoy chilly winter evenings, roasting a
chestnut or two.

- An old oak dining table and
oak chairs are of an age that fit well into the décor.
The room opens onto the patio and walled garden.
On the first floor the bedrooms are carpeted. The master bedroom
has a king size bed (5'x6'6") and en suite bathroom.

- A second bathroom is adjacent
to bedroom 2, which has twin beds (3' x 6'.3").

- Both bedrooms are spacious and
overlook the rear terraced garden. The beds are dressed with
duvets and plump pillows.
All bed linen and towels are included.

- Water comes from our own bore
hole. The hot water and under-floor heating is provided from
a heat exchange unit.
- The Barn is not suitable for
children. Please, no pets or smoking indoors. WiFi internet connection
