Little Vine is the perfect space to chill out. A compact get-away
place, to relax in. The Barn has been converted to a very high
specification with hand crafted oak doors and windows. Little
Vine is ground floor level. There is level access, from the graveled
car park, adjacent to the Barn.

- The double bed room (4'6"
x 6'3") opens onto the patio and walled garden. The bed
is dressed with duvets and plump pillows.
There is a stylish bathroom with tiled under floor heating. All
bed linen and towels are included.
The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dish
washer, an eclectic oven with 4 ring gas hob and a separate microwave.
There are numerous kitchen tools and appliances.

- A small dining table and comfortable
chairs to relax in set the tone of this little hideaway. Beneath
the oak floor there is under floor heating ensuring comfort throughout
the year.

- Well Barn faces due south, getting
the sun all day long. The Walled Garden is a sun trap, a protected
area to relax in. It is set into the landscape overlooking the
Dart Valley with its gentle rolling hills and hedgerow bounded
fields. It is in the South Hams an area of outstanding natural
beauty.

- The Barn is not suitable for
children. Please, no pets or smoking indoors. WiFi internet connection
